Executive Onboarding

Program Design and Objectives:

The Executive OnBoarding program is designed to meet the needs of the new executive, integrating them into the organization quickly and effectively.

Within the first 30 days the executive will:

  • Identify critical skills needed for success.
  • Determine the expectations of key stakeholders – both internal and external.
  • Establish critical relationships with key stakeholders
  • Commit to an action plan that will establish a leadership presence among constituencies.

Within the next 30 – 60 days the executive will:

  • Understand the business of the organization, the organization’s components and how the business is executed.
  • Assess the executive team’s strengths and engage them in the future direction of the organization
  • With appropriate stakeholders, identify key organizational objectives that will signal positive direction for the organization.
  • Assess and understand the organization’s culture so that the executive can effectively align with it or recognize needed change.

Angela Spicer Associates will:

  • Work with the appropriate executives and Human Resource professionals to identify an appropriate coach. 
  • Be available to the executive on a regular basis as determined by coach and executive.
  • Participate in a reassessment and feedback process with key stakeholders that will measure success against the executive’s stated goals and the business needs.
